(herein referred to as "TMO(s)" or "TourMeOnline.com") respects the importance of protecting the privacy of certain information collected about its users and visitors (herein referred to as "You(r)", "User(s)" or "Advertiser(s)") as well as the privacy of others. All Users agree to comply with TMO
Terms and Conditions of Use which prohibit the solicitation of the Advertiser for any purpose other than to purchase/rent their advertised property. This Privacy Policy discloses whatever information TMO gathers, how TMO uses it, and how to correct or change it. TMO will not disclose Personal Information to third parties without its Users consent, except as may be noted in this Privacy Policy or disclosed when the information is submitted.
Personal Information
TMO will not disclose any specific personal information that a User submits ("Personal Information") when registering to use a service by TMO. Personal Information is information which specifically identifies You or identifies where to find or contact You. TMO does not save any information in a manner that connects the User with the Personal Information, except when TMO has the User's permission or under special circumstances, such as when TMO believes in good faith that the law requires it or under the circumstances described below. The following describes some of the ways that Your Personal Information may be disclosed.
TMO does not sell, distribute, or release Your Personal Information to other companies or vendors except when TMO has been authorized by YOU during the registration process, by either registering to request a service or registering to place an advertisement. For instance, in the case of Advertisers, the contents of the advertisements themselves are specifically authorized by the Advertiser and intended to be displayed to the public at TourMeOnline.com along with the public display of whatever contact information the Advertiser chooses to include in that display. Also, said advertisements are authorized by the Advertiser and intended to be distributed by TMO to other third-party website(s) or publication(s) at the discretion of the User for further additional display to the public at such third party website(s) or publication(s) also similarly including the desired contact information selected by the Advertiser to be published. Users who register also authorize and intend that their Personal Information be delivered by TMO to the third-party service provider who is the principal in that transaction and who is actually providing the service which the User specifically requested.
TMO NEVER publishes our Advertisers Email address in the display of their advertisements at TourMeOnline.com in order to avoid it being harvested and sold to be placed on Spam lists. TMO offers an Email Privacy Feature where Advertisers can still receive direct internet Email while at the same time keeping their email address completely private.
Registration
Users and/or Advertisers are required to register when requesting any of the following services to be rendered by TMO or one of TMO's third-party service providers:

Advertising of property for sale to be displayed on TourMeOnline.com and/or for distribution to be displayed at other third-party website(s) and/or publications(s)

Services other than advertising their property for sale at TourMeOnline.com and/or third-party website(s) and/or publication(s); as in notification of new listings.

Communicating to a registered Advertiser whose property is being display on TourMeOnline.com, and
-
Services of some third party advertiser/service provider for whom TMO provides all or part of the service request/order/payment processing services at TourMeOnline.com;
as in the REALTORS flat fee MLS listing service.
Cookies
The main purpose of cookies is to identify Users and possibly prepare customized web pages. When Users enter a website using cookies, Users may be asked to fill out a form providing such information as name and interests. This information is packaged into a cookie and sent to the Users web browser which stores it for later use. The next time Users go to the same website, the browser will send the cookie to the web server. The server can use this information to present Users with custom web pages. So, for example, instead of seeing just a generic welcome page, Users might see a welcome page with their name on it.
Cookies do not tell TMO its Users individual identity unless the User has chosen to provide it to TMO. TMO never saves passwords or credit card information in cookies. Unregistered User Access to Other Collected Data
Unregistered Users do not have access to any of the data TMO collects. The purpose(s) for collection of the information TMO gathers are or may be as follows: 1) for the completion and support of the activity for which the data was provided; 2) for research and development; and 3) other uses - the monitoring and administering use of TMO for compliance with TMO's
Terms and Conditions of Use.
The information collected is retained for an indeterminate period of time and the recipient of the information is TMO and/or entities acting as TMO agents or entities for whom TMO is acting as an agent.
The types of information which may be collected are as follows: 1) Computer information - IP number and browser type; 2) navigation and click-stream data - visited pages and browse duration; 3) content - text of email; and 4) state management mechanisms - recognizing previous visits.
Registered User and Advertiser Access to Other Collected Data
Registered Users and Advertisers have access to and may edit or delete the contact and other information supplied to TMO during the registration for said services only provided by TMO. Users may also remove any items of contact information from public display or distribution to any third-party website(s) or publications(s) either by editing that information at TMO or by way of deleting the advertisement from publication altogether at TMO, in which case it will also be promptly deleted from the said third-party web site(s) or publications(s) automatically without further action.
Registered Users and Advertisers who ordered services of a third-party advertiser/service provider through TMO should contact that service provider directly to edit or delete Your information provided to the third party in accordance with the terms of Your separate service agreement(s) directly with them and/or according to their organization policies which TMO does not administer because TMO does not provide those third-party services. TMO will limit it's involvement to forwarding Your request to the third party service provider. In the event a User has any problems resolving any difficulty with any such third-party service provider, TMO will assist You in resolving the matter to Your satisfaction, Contact Us. The purpose(s) for collection of the information TMO gathers are or may be as follows: 1) for the completion and support of the activity for which the data was provided; 2) for research and development; 3) other uses - the monitoring and administering use of TMO for compliance with TMO's
Terms and Conditions of Use; and 4) contacting Users for marketing of services or products and notices of updates to TMO.
The information collected is retained for an indeterminate period of time and the recipient of the information is TMO and/or entities acting as TMO agents or entities for whom TMO is acting as an agent. For instance, if You register/order a product/service through TMO which is provided by a third-party service provider (as in REALTOR MLS listing services) the principal in that transaction is the third-party service provider NOT TMO and the third-party service provider is given the information as You have authorized TMO to do so by registering for/ordering that third party service, even though the practices or policies of the third-party service provider may differ from TMO's.
For Registered Users who place advertisements on TMO, the Advertisers advertisement content is published on TMO for the public to view as authorized by the Advertiser by way of placing the order for the advertisement. Additionally, the advertisement may be distributed to other third-party website(s) and/or publication(s) for additional public display as well as also authorized by the Advertiser. The Advertisers may edit the content of the information which is displayed to the public at TMO and/or distributed to those third-party web site(s) and/or publication(s) for public display and Advertisers may opt in or out of this public display at TMO and/or the third-party web site(s) and/or publication(s) by way of editing or deleting the advertisement. The types of information which may be collected are as follows: 1) Computer information - IP number and browser type; 2) navigation and click-stream data - visited pages visited and browse duration; 3) content - text of email; 4) state management mechanisms - recognizing previous visits; 5) unique identifiers - order number or registration number; 6) online contact information - email address; 7) financial information - mortgage pre-qualification form questions in connection with TMO providing data processing services for third-party mortgage service provider(s); 8) physical contact information - mailing address or phone number; and 9) purchase information - ordering and credit card account information for some third party service ordered through TMO.
Merchant Information
TMO accepts credit card account number information in connection with Advertisers purchasing TMO products and services online or in the process of purchasing the products and services of some third party advertiser/service provider in cases where we handle the ordering and/or payment processing on the third-party service provider behalf. Processing of the credit card account number information as well as any purchase or financial information is hosted and processed by 2Checkout.com (2CO) with SSL encryption technology. For Your protection, TMO DOES NOT save or host any of Your credit card information, it is only recorded by TMO's Credit Card Processor, 2CO. Your credit card account information will not be distributed or disclosed except to the principal of a transaction processed at TMO unless we have Your express permission or unless TMO in good faith believe that the law requires it. However, since even using the most reputable Secure Encryption Technology companies available to process and store this sensitive information and the latest state of the art technology available no data transmission over the Internet or the storage of information on internet servers can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, TMO cannot and does not guarantee or warrant its complete security.
Third Party
When You visit TourMeOnline.com, as with most websites, You should be aware that third-parties may at times be able to gather information from and about You. You can hyperlink, or be directed to, other websites that are beyond TMO's control and/or outside its service. For example, if You "click" on a banner advertisement, it may transfer You off of TMO's website. These other websites may include sites of advertisers, sponsors, and partners that may use TMO's logo as part of a co-branding agreement. These other websites may send their own cookies to You, collect data, or solicit information.
TMO does not control such websites, and, therefore, is not responsible for their contents or the hyperlinks or advertising they choose to place on such websites. TMO's inclusion of hyperlinks to these websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators. TMO's Privacy Policy does not extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the Internet, which is beyond TMO's control.
